Hakka cuisine is a unique fusion created by Chinese immigrants who settled in Kolkata, India, blending traditional Chinese cooking techniques with bold Indian spices. Join Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela as we create a menu of spectacular Hakka favourites. Together, we'll prepare Sweet Corn Soup, Desi Vegetable Hakka Noodles, Manchurian Chicken, the ever-popular Chili Chicken, and Stir-Fried Cauliflower. Enjoy the perfect balance of exotic spices and classic cooking techniques.
